The Chef Abdul Malik has been researching and working in the field of Afro-diasporic cuisine for 3 years. all started with a need to bring to Uruguay a unique experience of African and Afro-diasporic cuisine through a seasonal and interactive menu inspired by memories of his grandmothers' recipes that served as inspiration in the search for the

flavors of African and afrodiasporic cuisine in Latin America.
